Dr. Cao holds 2 international invention patents, 8 national invention patents and 30 national invention patents are being applied. He has nearly 30 years of experience in IC design, and is good at designing CMOS high-performance analog-digital mixed integrated circuits, bipolar integrated circuits and RF radio frequency integrated circuits.

Cao: Ph.D. in Microelectronics, Fudan University, winner of the American Bell Laboratories President Gold Award, graduate tutor, senior engineer, member of Mianyang City, vice president of Mianyang Top Ten Outstanding Young People and Young Science and Technology Talents Association, "Outstanding Young Science and Technology Innovative Talents" in High-tech Zone, recommended candidate of the 9th Sichuan Youth Science and Technology Award, and "member of the 12th Committee of Sichuan Youth Federation". He used to be a researcher in Asia-Pacific region of Bell Laboratories, then a VLSI senior manager of Taiding Multimedia (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and now he is the chairman and technical director of Xinsheng Electronics Company and Aibo Technology Company.
