Article 2 The company must establish the safety production policy of "safety first, prevention first", with the general manager (legal representative) in full charge, and leaders at all levels adhere to the principle of "production must be controlled safely", and production is subordinate to safety needs, so as to realize the company's safe production and civilized production.

Article 3. Organizations and individuals that have made outstanding contributions to production safety shall be rewarded. Those responsible for accidents caused by violation of the safety production system and operating procedures should be dealt with severely. Those who violate the criminal law shall be handed over to judicial organs for handling.

Institutions and responsibilities

Article 4 The Company shall set up a Safety Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Safety Committee), which shall be responsible for organizing and leading the Company's safety production work. The Safety Committee shall be composed of company leaders and heads of relevant departments. Its main responsibilities are: overall leading the company's safety production management, researching and formulating safety production measures and labor protection plans, inspecting and supervising safety production, and investigating and handling accidents. The daily affairs of the Safety Committee shall be handled by the Office of the Safety Production Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Office of the Safety Committee).

Article 5 The production units under the company must set up a leading group for safety production, which is responsible for educating the employees of the company on safety production, formulating detailed rules and operating procedures for safety production, implementing supervision and inspection on safety production, and implementing various safety instructions of the safety committee to ensure safety production. The leader of the safety production team shall be the leader of each unit, and shall be equipped with full-time (part-time) safety production management personnel as required. Each machine building (room) and production team should be equipped with a full-time security officer.

Article 6 Division of work safety main responsible persons: the chief executive of the unit is the first responsible person of the unit for work safety, and the leaders in charge of production and full-time (part-time) safety production administrators are the main responsible persons of the unit for work safety.

Article 7 The responsibilities of the full-time management cadres of the company's production safety are as follows:

6。 Summarize and review the safety production plan, and urge relevant departments to implement it as planned.

7。 Participate in the investigation and handling of casualty accidents, be responsible for the statistics, analysis and report of casualty accidents, assist relevant departments to put forward measures to prevent accidents, and supervise their implementation.

8. Do a good job in information feedback, and the instructions from the superior and the situation at the grassroots level should be uploaded and issued immediately.

9. Organize relevant departments to study and formulate protective measures against occupational hazards and supervise their implementation.

10. According to the relevant regulations, formulate the distribution standards of labor protection articles and health food in this unit, and supervise the implementation.

Eighth engineering and technical personnel at all levels in the examination and approval of technical plans, plans, drawings and other technical documents, must ensure compliance with the requirements of safe production and labor protection.

Ninth functional departments must do a good job in production safety within the scope of their duties.

Article 10 The full-time (part-time) safety production administrator of each production unit shall assist the leaders of the unit to implement the labor protection laws and regulations and the safety production management system, and handle the daily affairs and safety production inspection and supervision of the unit.

Eleventh workers in production and work should seriously study and implement the safety technology operating rules, abide by the rules and regulations. Take good care of production equipment and safety protection devices, facilities and labor protection articles. Article 12 The safety personnel of the production team of each workshop (room) should always urge the workshop (room) and team members to abide by the safety production system and operating procedures. Equipment maintenance and workplace safety
