Among the command technical and professional technical non-commissioned officers, the primary vocational and technical training targets are mainly selected from the conscripts who are in active service 1 year, and the training time is about 5 months; The training object of secondary and higher vocational and technical education is mainly the non-commissioned officers who have served in active service for the second and third years from conscripts with corresponding professional foundation and education level, and the training time is more than 1 year. Non-commissioned officers directly recruited from non-military departments shall undergo a four-month enlistment training and pre-job professional training. Non-commissioned officers in ordinary posts are mainly on-the-job training.
Before junior noncommissioned officers select intermediate noncommissioned officers and intermediate noncommissioned officers select senior noncommissioned officers, they should be upgraded according to their needs. The training time is generally around 1 month, and the professional skills can be extended appropriately.
