In order to further promote the development of young women's football in our province, improve the technical and tactical level of young women's football players and strengthen the training of football reserve talents, the 20 18 Zhejiang Campus Football Elite Training Camp, sponsored by Zhejiang Sports Bureau, undertaken by Zhejiang Football Association and co-organized by Zhejiang Greentown Football School, was held in Greentown Football Training Base as scheduled from August 22nd to 28th. In this activity, 120 young women's football students were selected from the areas and schools where young women's football is well developed in the province. The training camp is divided into five teams according to the age and technical level of teenagers, and adopts a closed training mode of two trainings a day (including one training and one competition). Among them, in the daily competition, the main players and substitutes take turns to play in the first half, so that more students can be trained and improved in actual combat. Training camp not only pays attention to the training of athletes, but also strengthens the training of grass-roots coaches. The head coaches of the five teams in this training are all football coaches of Greentown Football School. At the same time, five team coaches were selected as assistant coaches from the grassroots level and assigned to each team according to their ability and leadership characteristics to assist the head coach in training management. During the training period, the head coach arranges the training plan and guides the assistant coach to carry out scientific and effective training; Arranging special training courses and asking the assistant coaches of each team to observe the learning and training practice in a unified way have played a positive role in improving the training level of grassroots coaches. This women's training camp has a variety of activities, including daily training, exchange competitions, lectures on football knowledge, watching football documentaries, and student skills competitions. Also organized all women's football players to watch the China A-A match on the spot. During the whole activity, various security services were put in place, which ensured the orderly activities. Through a week of training, both coaches and students have a higher understanding and deeper experience of football. For grass-roots coaches, they have a more comprehensive understanding of football training through different training themes. For students, players from different schools and regions train and compete together, which enhances friendship and improves technical and tactical level. Compared with the young men's soccer team, the elite women's football training camp does have a big gap in both the leadership level of grass-roots coaches and the football foundation and technical and tactical level of students. However, in the training process, the players are hard-working and hard-working, and the coach is also very serious and responsible. I believe that through everyone's efforts, the young women's football team in our province will definitely have a better development.
