(A) the guiding ideology

On the whole, the setting of Chinese language and literature major in higher education self-study exam is consistent with the level of Chinese language and literature major in full-time colleges and universities. On the basis of ensuring basic quality education, we should pay attention to the examination of candidates' basic knowledge, theory and ability according to social needs and characteristics of self-taught examination.

(2) Training objectives and basic requirements

1. Training purpose

Under the guidance of Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, we should cultivate professionals with good language, literary accomplishment and application ability to meet the needs of socialist market economy construction.

2. Basic requirements

(1) College (basic subject): Have a preliminary understanding of the basic principles of language and literature, master the basic theories, knowledge and skills of this major, and have certain ability to analyze and solve problems. Have good self-study ability and written expression ability.

(2) Undergraduate: Deeply understand and master the basic principles, knowledge and skills of this major, and have strong ability to analyze and solve problems. Have strong self-study ability and written expression ability, and initially have the ability to engage in scientific research.

(3) Education level and specifications?

Each course adopts the credit system, and after each course passes the examination, a single subject certificate will be issued.

Graduation from junior college (basic part): Obtained the qualified score of the course of Basic Chinese Language and Literature 12 stipulated in this plan, with a total score of 70 credits. If the ideological and moral character meets the requirements after appraisal, the graduation certificate of Chinese Language and Literature major in higher education self-study examination will be awarded.

Undergraduate graduation: on the basis of graduation from this college, I have obtained the qualified scores of Chinese Language and Literature 19 courses specified in this plan, with a total of 64 credits. If my thesis defense passes and my ideological and moral appraisal meets the requirements, I will be awarded the undergraduate graduation certificate of Chinese Language and Literature major in the self-study examination for higher education.

Degree awarding: All undergraduate graduates who have passed the foreign language examination will be awarded bachelor's degrees by the State Council Authorized Examiner University according to the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Academic Degrees.

Basic courses (specialties) and undergraduate courses are two relatively independent levels, which are both continuous and interrelated.

(D) examination courses and learning stratification

(1) Basic courses: The number of examination courses shall not be less than 12, and the total credits shall not be less than 70.

Compulsory courses and credits: two courses of politics (8), an introduction to literature (7), modern literary works of China (6), modern and contemporary literary works of China (5), ancient literary works of China (1) (6), ancient literary works of China (2) (6), foreign literary works (6) and modern Chinese (6).

Recommended courses and credits: English (7).

(2) Undergraduate course: the number of examination courses is not less than 10, and the total credits are not less than 64.

Required courses and credits: politics (4), foreign languages (14), aesthetics (6), history of modern literature in China (6), history of ancient Chinese literature (1) (7), history of ancient Chinese literature (2) (7), history of foreign literature (6) and introduction to linguistics (6).

Description:

(1) The scores of each course shall not be changed. ?

(2) The compulsory courses in this professional examination plan are compiled by the National Examination Committee. The syllabus and teaching materials of elective courses offered by this major can be determined by all localities themselves. ?

(3) Those who have obtained the graduation certificates of non-Chinese language and literature majors from various institutions of higher learning (including self-taught examinations) recognized by the Ministry of Education and participated in the undergraduate study of this major need to take three courses: Selected Works of Modern Literature in China, Selected Works of Ancient Literature in China (I) and Ancient Chinese. ?

(4) Candidates over the age of 40 can apply for exemption from undergraduate foreign language courses, but they must take three elective courses and will not be awarded degrees.

(5) Before the implementation of the plan, those who pass the examination and pass the course of modern literature in China may be exempted from the examination of modern literature in China and contemporary literature in China. Those who have passed the course of China's ancient literary works may be exempted from the courses of China's ancient literary works (I) and (II); Those who pass the course of foreign literature may be exempted from the course of foreign literature works; Those who pass the general history course in China can take the place of elective courses.

(5) Examination method and time

(1) All courses are generally written in a closed book, with a score of 100% and a score of 60 as qualified. Examination answer time 150 minutes.

(2) Graduation examination should be conducted after all undergraduate courses have passed the examination. There are two ways of graduation examination: comprehensive examination and writing graduation thesis, and the use mode is determined by each place.

(3) The comprehensive examination is divided into two categories: language and literature. Candidates can choose either one. Comprehensive examination should pay attention to the ability to analyze and solve problems by using basic knowledge. Compulsory examinations are arranged once a year in principle, and the examination schedule remains relatively stable.

(4) The topic of graduation thesis is published by the examiner's college, and candidates can write the topic at will. Candidates can also choose their own topics, but they must be recognized by the university where the examiner is located. The paper is about 10,000 words, with clear theme, correct viewpoint, connection with practice, clear level, fluent language and neat handwriting. Papers must be reviewed and defended before they can be evaluated. The evaluation results adopt a five-level evaluation system, that is, excellent, good, medium, pass and fail. Anyone caught plagiarizing or writing by others should be disqualified from obtaining an undergraduate degree. Those who fail the graduation thesis exam cannot get a bachelor's degree.
