More than forty years have passed in a flash. Really comprehensive and serious study of acupuncture, or in the past two years on QQ to participate in the "classic Chinese medicine devil training class." This class used the teaching video of the master of traditional Chinese medicine, Ni. Teacher Ni made the acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine superb, lively and interesting, concise and to the point, which gave me a further understanding of acupuncture knowledge.
It turns out that the origin of acupuncture in traditional Chinese medicine is nearly a thousand years earlier than that of Chinese herbal medicine. She is a science and technology to prevent and treat diseases, which was founded and gradually developed by our ancestors in the long-term struggle against diseases. As early as Huangdi Neijing, there were relatively systematic theories and methods. In the 1970s, there were two medical books unearthed from Mawangdui Han Tomb in Changsha, Hunan Province, namely Yin-Yang Eleven-pulse Moxibustion Sutra and Foot-arm Eleven-pulse Moxibustion Sutra. These two medical books only record eleven meridians, which are not coherent, and there are few acupoints, mainly moxibustion.
In Huangdi Neijing, a classic of traditional Chinese medicine born in Qin and Han dynasties, the theory of acupuncture and moxibustion is basically complete. The twelve meridians, connected with Yin and Yang, is like an endless cycle, connected with the five internal organs. Huangdi Neijing recorded more than 300 acupoints, but only 100 acupoints have specific positions and names. There are many aspects to introduce acupuncture theory and treatment principles, but few specific treatment and operation methods.
During the Western Jin Dynasty, a great Chinese acupuncturist Huangfu Mi was born in the history of China. He was paralyzed by severe joint pain. In order to cure his stubborn illness, he studied the medical skills of his predecessors hard during his illness. On the basis of studying Huangdi Neijing-Suwen, Huangdi Neijing-Lingshu and Tang Ming Acupuncture Essentials (also known as Huangdi Tangming Classic, which is now lost), he wrote the first acupuncture monograph "Acupuncture and Moxibustion A and B Classic" in China medical history, further enriching and perfecting China's acupuncture theory and technology.
According to his research, 349 accurate acupoints were recorded in an acupuncture classic. He unified the names of acupoints, so that the confusion of more than one acupoint would not continue. He also standardized the taboo, treatment and operation essentials of all acupoints, which is convenient for later scholars to follow suit. He also recorded 1045 effective acupoint prescriptions, including 900 single-point prescriptions.
Huangfu Mi's Classic of Acupuncture is an epoch-making milestone in the history of traditional Chinese medicine. Later medical scholars and medical education institutions have listed this book as a must-read classic.
More than a thousand years later, in the Ming Dynasty, China accumulated rich experience and discovered new acupoints in the process of preventing and treating diseases. Especially in the Song Dynasty, Wang Zhu made a bronze statue of acupuncture, and carved 657 acupoints (including 354 acupoint names) on the bronze statue, which created the first acupuncture model in the history of traditional Chinese medicine and made the teaching of acupuncture in traditional Chinese medicine more standardized. Following the Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion A and B, another epoch-making monograph, Acupuncture and Moxibustion Dacheng, was written by Yang Jizhou, a master of acupuncture and moxibustion in Ming Dynasty. Based on an acupuncture classic, this book summarizes and records the development achievements of acupuncture from Tang, Song and Ming dynasties. At this time, the number of acupuncture points has increased to 659, and the theory and technology of acupuncture have been further improved, all of which were included in this book by Yang Jizhou, hence the name "Acupuncture Dacheng".
The publication of Acupuncture is another important milestone in the history of traditional medicine in China, and it is the most widely circulated and influential acupuncture monograph in the past 300 years.
Teacher Ni, a master of modern Chinese medicine, has studied acupuncture for decades, and is an old Chinese medicine practitioner who uses both acupuncture and medicine. Based on "Acupuncture Masterpiece" and his own practical experience in acupuncture, he compiled "Acupuncture Masterpiece Course", taught acupuncture lessons to students, and recorded the whole course, leaving us precious learning materials. By studying video and electronic courses, Ni Shi's wonderful explanation introduced us into the mysterious and magical world of acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine, and gained a lot.
Let me talk about its mystery first. The theoretical basis of acupuncture in traditional Chinese medicine is meridian theory. Meridian is a real channel existing in living mammals, connecting viscera and limbs and running qi and blood substances. The largest meridian is the meridian, and the branch is the collateral vein, with blood in the vein and qi outside the vein. Once a person stops breathing, stops living and becomes a corpse, the meridians completely lose their function, or no longer exist, so the anatomy of western medicine can't find the human meridians of Chinese medicine in the corpse, so they are skeptical about the existence of meridians. Western medicine also tried to prove the existence of meridians with so-called modern scientific and technological research such as light, electricity and magnetism, but they did not get satisfactory results. Therefore, I think meridians are too "mysterious" or even "scientific"!
However, thousands of years of experience and modern practical research of traditional Chinese medicine have proved its magic-magical efficacy. Acupuncture anesthesia once amazed American President Nixon! Acupuncture relieves pain, acupuncture cures cancer, and acupuncture cures many intractable diseases, which also makes modern western medicine far behind! (Space is limited, no examples)
Mammals are most valuable, and people between heaven and earth are most valuable. The research object of TCM is human (China veterinarians take pigs, cows and horses as the research objects, and I have seen the introduction of meridians of pigs, cows and horses in China Veterinary Book, which is beyond the scope of this article, so I will replace it here). The schematic diagram of human meridian names is as follows:
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that meridians are the channels of qi and blood circulation, while the twelve meridians is the main channel of qi and blood circulation. Qi and blood circulate in the twelve meridians (Zi, Ugly, Yin, Mao, Chen, Si, Wu, Wei, Shen, You, E and Hai) 24 hours a day, and are distributed all over the body, which constitutes the twelve meridians's qi and blood operation. Its flow direction sequence is: from the lung meridian of Hand Taiyin (Yin Shi), clockwise to the liver meridian of Foot Jueyin (Ugly), and then to the lung meridian of Hand Taiyin (Yin Shi). In this way, a complete the twelve meridians circulatory system is formed, that is, "Yin and Yang intersect, like an endless ring".
The meridian system transmits the energy and information of the living around the clock, or the transmission and balance of Yin, Yang, Qi and blood all depend on the transmission of meridians. Normal people have smooth meridians, balanced yin and yang, smooth qi and blood, and good health. Once the meridians are blocked and the yin and yang are unbalanced, there will be pathological phenomena of physiological abnormalities. Understanding the distribution and running time of meridians, the relationship between five zang-fu organs and six zang-fu organs, and the corresponding relationship between five zang-fu organs and four limbs on the body surface can not only help us understand the cause of disease, help us diagnose accurately, diagnose early and predict the health status, but also obtain satisfactory results through acupuncture and prescription along meridians. In the process of treating diseases, the reaction of meridians and acupoints can also help to verify the curative effect.
Meridian is a channel and a "road", so acupoints are intersections, post stations and intersections on the road, which are the only places where criss-crossing meridians pass, that is, special acupoints on the human meridian line. Traditional Chinese medicine stimulates the corresponding points and lines of meridians by acupuncture, hot moxibustion or massage, acupoints and other methods, so as to achieve the purpose of regulating the balance of yin and yang and treating diseases. The number of acupoints is discovered by people in long-term medical practice, from less to more. Huangdi Neijing has only about 160 acupoints, and Acupuncture A-B Classic contains 349 acupoints in detail by dividing meridians. By the Ming Dynasty, acupuncture Dacheng had included 359 acupoints.
According to modern research statistics, there are about 52 single points, 309 double points, 50 points outside the odd meridian and 720 points. Among them, there are 108 key points, of which 72 points are generally massaged, pressed and kneaded to avoid harm to human body, and 36 points are fatal points, commonly known as "dead points". They are Baihui, Shenting, Temple, Ermen, Jingming, Renzhong, Dumen, Fengchi, Ren Ying, Zhongshan, Yanwei, Juque, Shenque, Qihai, Guanyuan, Zhongji, Qugu, Yingchuang, Ruzhong, Qimen and Zhangmen. If these 36 acupoints are hit hard or accidentally, they will all cause serious injury or death. You must know!
Teacher Ni has repeatedly stressed that the combination of acupuncture and medicine is the highest realm of Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine is the most practical and economical medicine. Acupuncture can treat all diseases from colds to cancer, and the cost is the lowest. In particular, the acupuncture first aid method with immediate effect has been introduced in the article /p/0af87b2 1caf5 "Learning medical filial piety-one of the experiences of learning medicine".
The purpose of learning acupuncture is to use it and make it serve our health. However, it is a qualitative leap from learning to using, and it needs to break through psychological barriers such as timidity and fear. How to break through is to build self-confidence. First of all, be confident in theory. We should measure and select acupoints according to the correct method mentioned by Teacher Ni, and select acupoints according to the actual situation of the disease, the compatibility of the management and the distance between the old and the new. Beginners had better try needles on themselves and experience the feeling of needles. Huangfu Mi, an ancient man, studied experiments on himself at that time, but his acupuncture needle was not so fine and his acupuncture theory was not so complete. He not only wrote the A-B Classic of Acupuncture, but also recovered his body from paralysis and was able to walk.
The second is operational confidence. On the basis of theoretical self-confidence, take the operation seriously, be decisive and not reckless. The needle should be inserted quickly and quickly break through the cortex, and then according to the depth of acupuncture points and the degree of needle sensation, the needle should be inserted to a predetermined depth by twisting or pulling, and whether there is any needle left. When the needle is taken out, it should be taken under the skin as Ni Shi said, and then it should be taken out quickly for a second or two. The patient has no pain and no bleeding. After several times of practice, the technique will be comfortable. However, it is not easy to achieve the immediate effect of treating diseases. In addition to the accuracy of syndrome differentiation, acupoint selection and prescription, there are many factors such as the patient's age, physique, illness, season, climate, time, doctor's technique, gas field and so on.
Compared with acupuncture, moxibustion is simpler. In addition to general health moxibustion, moxibustion is effective for cold and dampness and is generally not used for heat. 20 17 In the hot summer, I forgot to turn off the electric fan during my lunch break and my shoulders were blown for a long time. After autumn and winter, I feel uncomfortable in the shoulder-arm joints, especially when I can't lift my hands and back, and my activities are limited. After the Spring Festival, I bought a moxa stick, made it into a small moxa tube, and moxibustion at Jianjing point for three times, seven times each time. Later, there was a big blister in the moxibustion place, and a lot of mucus water flowed after it burst. I didn't deal with it, so I just let it go. After three days, the scab formed on its own, and after seven days, it fell off on its own. At this time, the shoulders and arms have actually stopped hurting, and the back is also free. It's the first time to use moxibustion independently, and the effect is amazing! Later, I used "Daqinglong Decoction" and "Guizhi Decoction" to treat colds twice. The cost of medicine is less than five yuan, and one dose will be fine. Experiencing the magical curative effect and infinite charm of Chinese medicine has strengthened my determination to continue studying Chinese medicine.
When it comes to learning Chinese medicine, people habitually think that it is to cut the pulse and prescribe the prescription, but it is not. Traditional Chinese medicine is profound because it is closely related to people's lives. The scope of Chinese medicine is very wide, and pulse prescription is only a part of it. Non-drug therapy, such as acupuncture, massage, guidance, diet, music, exercise, etc. If used properly or combined with acupuncture and drug treatment, better curative effect will be obtained without side effects and sequelae.
Huangdi Neijing is a classic of Chinese medicine theory formed by the ancestors of the Chinese nation in the long-term medical practice. It has been carried forward by doctors of past dynasties and has been escorting the health of Chinese children for thousands of years. Today, as long as we follow the theory of traditional Chinese medicine to guide our life practice and follow the natural laws of heaven and earth, we will be safe and healthy and enjoy our natural life.
