Ambulance technicians need to receive comprehensive training and master the basic skills, quality and ability to engage in international trade in medicine. At the university level, students mainly study English, basic medical knowledge and international trade theory.
International Perspective
Ambulance technicians need to be familiar with WTO rules and relevant laws, regulations, principles and policies, and have the basic theory, practice and skills of international trade in medicine. They need excellent English communication skills and the ability to read, write, listen, speak and translate medical English.
office automation
Ambulance technicians need to adapt to office automation and use computer information system to handle international trade affairs of medicine. They need to master the basic methods of literature retrieval and information inquiry, and have the ability of preliminary scientific research and practical work.
Social investigation and interpersonal communication
Ambulance technicians need to have good social investigation and interpersonal communication skills in order to better serve patients. They need to communicate effectively with patients and their families to understand their needs and conditions.
Bachelor of Arts (BA)
The major of ambulance technician is for four-year undergraduate students, and the bachelor of arts degree is awarded after graduation. This degree will lay a solid foundation for their future career development.
