The full name of HCIE is Huawei Certified ICT Expert, that is, Huawei Certified ICT Expert.

Contents and forms of HCIE examination:
The authentication process of HCIE is divided into two stages: written test and experiment:
1. The written test is to test Certification staff's theoretical and technical knowledge. The written test can be made in official website by Pearson VUE or authorized by VUE. After passing the written test, the next stage of the experimental test can be carried out.
2. The experimental examination can be taken in four cities in China, namely Beijing, Chengdu, Shenzhen and Hangzhou. Candidates are required to complete the laboratory examination within 18 months after passing the written test.
The exam tests the certifier's ability to control physical equipment and solve problems. The full score of the experimental examination is 100, and the score is greater than or equal to 80. When it passes the experimental test, it will become a great HCIE.

HCIE-DatacomV 1.0 exam covers advanced technology of routing and switching in data communication field, panorama of enterprise network architecture, typical architecture and technology of campus network, design and deployment of Huawei CloudCampus solution.
Knowledge and skills such as typical architecture and technology of wide-area Internet, design and deployment of Huawei SD-WAN solution, typical architecture and technology of wide-area bearer network, design and deployment of Huawei CloudWAN solution, and network automation technology and practice.
