Brief introduction of Zhejiang Communications Vocational and Technical College;

Zhejiang Communications Vocational and Technical College, located in Hangzhou, adjacent to the Zijingang Campus of Zhejiang University, is a public college jointly established by the Ministry of Transport and the People's Government of Zhejiang Province, a national backbone vocational college, a national demonstration vocational education college, a demonstration vocational college in Zhejiang Province, and the first batch of pilot colleges in the "Sino-German Automobile Electromechanical Skills Training Project" of the Ministry of Education. The school was founded in 1958, and four schools (Hangzhou Iron and Steel Plant Staff University, Zhejiang Communications School, Zhejiang Communications Cadre School and Jinhua Communications Technician School) were merged and upgraded from 1999 to Zhejiang Communications Vocational and Technical College, and the school name is still in use today.

As of July 20 15, the school covers an area of 622 mu, with a total construction area of 250,000 square meters and 240 off-campus practice teaching bases. At present, there are 7 teaching branches and 38 higher vocational majors, with more than 8,800 students and more than 500 faculty members.
