Before training:
1, caddies must carry out intensive physical training half a month to one month before training, because physical fitness is very important as caddies.
2. Before training, you should also set aside special time to explain clearly to all caddies: No matter whether your grades are A or B, first of all, you should treat the guests warmly and put enthusiasm first, because the guests are God, you must treat them with a good service attitude and always smile, and never bring personal emotions into your work, because your work attitude and ability will directly affect the future benefits of the stadium.
3. The use of caddy polite language:
Guests should greet the guests when the time comes; The service corresponds to calling the guest "you"; Guests should refuel after playing a good ball, such as "good ball"; After the guest plays the ball, he should say "You have worked hard". When the guests leave, signal "goodbye" to them.
Training content:
Before departure: caddies should be arranged immediately after receiving the departure slip in the departure room. The guest has arrived by bus. The caddy just arranged will go and get the bag, and then confirm the guest immediately. After finding the corresponding guest, put the guest's ball into the caddy car, help the guest check the number of clubs, and confirm with the guest before leaving. (Note: caddies must carry sandbags, wet cloth and required marks on the fairway. )
Kick-off: First, tell the guests how many shots there are in this hole, how far it is, what obstacles are there, and which direction to play. Explain clearly to the guest first, then ask the guest what number to play and help the guest take the club to the tee. When the guest serves, the caddy should stand about three meters to the left of the guest. When the guest wants to kick off, keep quiet, don't cough or talk, don't move, because all your actions may affect the guest's playing and mood. After the guest plays the ball, he must help the guest to see where the ball landed, so as to find the ball and put away the club of the guest who played the ball.
In the fairway: first of all, follow the guests closely, not far away. Whenever guests need anything, they can find you immediately, and the second is to help them find the ball. Some guests played well, while others didn't. Often some guests who don't play well will hit the ball into the long grass or the Woods when kicking off. For example, a guest in this group should help them find the ball immediately after handing over the table. For example, there are more than two guests in this group, and the caddies should cooperate with each other at this time. One or two caddies can push the cart, and the other caddies can help them find the ball. When a guest plays ball in the fairway, the caddy must remind the guest to pay attention to safety and play ball in order of distance to avoid danger. When a guest asks how far the green is in the fairway, the caddy can measure the approximate distance according to the distance stakes of 50 yards, 100 yards, 150 yards and 200 yards on both sides of the fairway, and then tell the guest. When the guest wants to play ball, he should immediately take out the club from the bag and give it to the guest. Finally, some guests will scratch the surface of the ball after playing in the fairway, leaving a ball mark. At this time, they should immediately take back the turf and put it back on the ball label, then pour the sand in the sandbag on the turf, lightly step on it twice, and immediately pull the cart to keep up with the guests after completion.
On the green, when the guest's ball hits the green, the caddy will use the mark to directly press behind the ball, mark it, pick it up to help the guest clean the ball, and then put it back to pick it up. If the guest needs it, it can be cleaned and handed over to the guest. If you want to save time on the green, caddies can also cooperate with each other to help guests hold the putter. One or two caddies can pull the cart to the tee of the next fairway first. Other caddies serve guests. When the guest is ready to put the ball, the caddy can directly pull up the flagpole; If the guest is far away from the hole, the caddy should pull up the flagpole, and the bottom of the flagpole should lean directly behind the hole, facing the direction of the ball to be pushed. The caddy must stand up straight, hold the flagpole with one arm parallel to the ground, and the waiter can only pick up the flagpole after pushing the ball. The caddy on the green is not allowed to play or walk when the guest pushes the ball. After putting the putter, the guest should plug in the flagpole again, then help the guest to hold the putter and put the bag back. (Note: 1. When the guest's ball is on the green, the caddy should pay attention to his walking route on the green and avoid stepping on the guest's ball line. )
2. When the sun is shining, guests must pay attention to the position where they stand when they put the ball, because your shadow may affect the sight and feeling of the guests when they put the ball.
3. When there is a group of people pressing behind. After the guests push the flagpole, the caddy should raise his arm above his head with one hand and nod. After playing the ball, count the clubs for the guests again and confirm them to the guests. After counting the clubs, you should help the guests pack their bags, and then put them in the car before the whole service is completed. (Note: No matter whether the caddy is an emotional problem or a service-related problem, the caddy should not have a verbal conflict with the guest when the respondent accuses him. Don't contradict the guests, and report to the supervisor when you come back. )
After the new caddies are familiar with the service content, let them get off the bus together to familiarize themselves with the service process, let two or four staff who can play ball pretend to be guests, and let the caddies serve in groups of three or four, and each group walks two or three ways. In this way, after a week or two of virtual service and one exam, the caddies with good service and better service are separated and finally divided into two levels: A and B.
