Linfen Electric Power Senior Technical School is a national key technical school in charge of Shanxi Electric Power Company. 1984 was rebuilt from Shanxi Electric Power Workers College, and 1995 was renamed Linfen Electric Power Industry School. The welding training center of Shanxi Electric Power Company is also in our school. The experience of moral education, strict management and semi-militarized management in schools has been widely promoted in the national energy system.
In May 2005, it was recognized as a senior technical school by the State and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. Since its establishment, it has trained nearly 50,000 technical school students, nearly 3,000 retired soldiers and more than 3,000 welders, and conducted various vocational skills appraisal for nearly 9,000 people.

Linfen College of Shanxi Normal University was formerly the sixth normal school in Shanxi Province, which was established in 19 18. 1952 was renamed Linfen normal school, and 200/kloc-0 was upgraded to a full-time general college with the approval of Shanxi provincial people's government, and was renamed Linfen College of Shanxi Normal University. The College is located at No.8/KLOC-0, Gulou South Street, Yaodu District, Linfen City, Shanxi Province.
