In July every year, volunteers bring confirmation notices, graduation certificates and their identity documents, and the recruitment provincial project office organizes them to report to the training places in the service provinces to participate in the training organized by the service provincial project office. The training time shall not be less than 4 days. The service provincial project office shall determine the specific location and contact information of training volunteers before the specified date, report to the National Project Office for the record, and send a copy to the counterpart recruitment provincial project office.

2. Volunteer recruitment, information confirmation and work exchange

During the training and dispatch period, if there is a loss of selected volunteers, the project office of the service province will make up for it in the province's dispatch index in combination with the previous recruitment and selection. Cosmetic recruitment should be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant selection conditions and physical examination procedures, and can only be dispatched after passing the training.

After the volunteers arrive at the service place, they need to log in to the western planning information system before the specified date, and fill in the relevant service information such as confirming the service post, the contact information of the service place, and the bank card number of the sponsored individual.
