Solid liquid

Solid-liquid liquid

Liquor blended with solid liquor (not less than 30%) and liquid liquor. The national standard is GB/T20822-2007. Liquor by solid-liquid method can be divided into high-alcohol liquor 4 1% ~ 60% vol and low-alcohol liquor 18%vol~40%vol according to the alcohol content of the product. Its color and appearance requirements are the same as those of liquid liquor, except that when the liquor temperature is lower than 10, white flocculent precipitation or loss of light is allowed, and it should gradually return to normal when it is higher than 10. In terms of taste, wine should be soft, sweet, refreshing (high alcohol content) or refreshing (low alcohol content), and it should also have the unique aroma and typical style of the product.
