3, fire, earthquake, typhoon, flood and other disasters, if you need to patrol the equipment, it should be approved by the relevant leaders of the equipment operation management unit, and the patrol personnel should keep in touch with the dispatched departments.

4, high voltage equipment grounding, indoor shall not be close to the fault point within 4m, outdoor shall not be close to the fault point within 8 m.. Personnel entering the above range should wear insulating boots and gloves when contacting the equipment shell and frame.

5, patrol power distribution device, in and out of the high pressure chamber, should be closed.

6. There should be at least three keys to the high-pressure chamber, which shall be kept by the operators and handed over according to the value. One for emergency use, one for operation personnel, and the others can be lent to approved high-voltage equipment patrol personnel and approved maintenance and construction team leaders, but they must be registered and signed, and returned after the patrol or the day's work.
