Calculation of central axis length
In steel bar blanking, the length of the central axis is obtained by adding the length of the straight line segment and the length of the arc. This means that to make a steel bar with a specific specification, such as stirrup, the final calculated length is 1300mm, and the steel bar worker needs at least 1300mm steel bar.
Central axis dimension measurement
When we talk about the size of the central axis, we need to consider the actual measurement method of the field staff. In order to measure quickly, they usually use the outsourcing size. For example, a 250*400 beam, workers only need to measure the size of (250-2* protective layer) *(400-2* protective layer).
Hook adjustment value problem
Because we calculate according to the size of the central axis, there is no problem of adjusting the value. As for 1.9*2, this is the length of two hooks, because the length of the straight line segment in the atlas is max( 10d, 75), so those two hooks are missing.
Differences in calculation methods
To sum up, there is an essential difference between the calculation method of reinforcement in budget and field cutting, so please don't confuse it. They are based on different systems and have different considerations and measurement methods in practical applications.
