Teachers should continue to receive 48 hours of education and training within one school year. According to Article 6 of the Measures for the Administration of Continuing Education Credits for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Shandong Province, continuing education should be subject to credit management. In principle, every five years is a cycle. Primary and secondary school teachers should complete continuing education of not less than 360 credits and not less than 48 credits per year in each cycle.
