Puyang Technical School offers electricians, locksmiths, turners, welders, microcomputer applications, electromechanical maintenance, automobile and motorcycle maintenance, room catering service, chemical industry and accounting.

Puyang Technical School (formerly Anyang Technical School) was founded in 1974. It is a secondary specialized school under the dual leadership of Henan Provincial Department of Labor and Social Security and Puyang Municipal People's Government.

It is also the only public technical school in Puyang that integrates teaching, skill appraisal, safety training, migrant workers' training and job introduction to train intermediate professional and technical personnel.
