Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Mix stinky tofu milk with shrimp sauce, then add salt, soy sauce and water starch to make sauce.

Soak the cut tofu in the sauce for about 30 minutes.

Chop garlic, cut shallots into sections, and chop coriander.

Pour oil into the pot, heat the minced garlic until fragrant, then take it out, add marinated tofu, fry until golden brown, and then take it out of the pot and put it on a plate.

Sprinkle cumin powder, pour in Chili sauce, shallots and coriander powder.
