Ingredients: chicken fork 500g, fried chicken powder 45g, soy sauce 1 tsp, cooking wine 1 tsp, salt 1/2 tsp, and appropriate amount of cooked soybean oil.
2. Practice
(1) the chicken fork to oil, cut into large pieces, clean water, and then drain.
② Add soy sauce, cooking wine and salt and mix well.
③ Add fried chicken powder, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.
(4) When hot oil is burned in the pot, you can put a small piece of raw onion and observe a series of small guns around the onion, indicating that the oil temperature has reached.
⑤ Cut the chicken fork into pieces and fry it. Don't pour it all at once.
⑥ Turn down the heat, fry for about 3 minutes until the surface color turns yellow, and take it out.
⑦ Turn the fire to raise the oil temperature again, then put the chicken fork in and fry it for about 30 seconds.
⑧ Absorb excess grease with kitchen paper towels, and serve on plates.
