The standardized training examination for residents is divided into four categories: clinical, public health, stomatology and traditional Chinese medicine. Candidates should apply for the corresponding categories according to their current majors, and doctors of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can take the exams of "clinical" or "traditional Chinese medicine". The examination contents and subjects are as follows:
First, clinical residents.
1, basic knowledge (synthesis): system anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pathology, pathophysiology, medical microbiology and immunology, pharmacology, medical statistics.
2. Professional knowledge (comprehensive): internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, epidemiology, anesthesiology, dermatology, neuropsychiatry, stomatology, etc.
Second, oral residents.
Basic knowledge of written test (comprehensive) and professional knowledge (comprehensive).
1, oral basic knowledge (comprehensive): oral anatomy and physiology, oral histopathology, oral materials, oral prevention.
2. Oral professional knowledge (comprehensive): endodontics, periodontology, oral mucosal diseases, oral and maxillofacial surgery, prosthodontics, orthodontics, children's stomatology, oral and maxillofacial medical imaging diagnosis.
Third, public health doctors.
1, basic knowledge (synthesis): health chemistry, health statistics, epidemiology.
2. Professional knowledge (comprehensive): labor hygiene and occupational diseases, environmental hygiene, nutrition and food hygiene, and health of children and adolescents.
Fourth, Chinese medicine residents.
The written test examines the basic knowledge of TCM (comprehensive) and the professional knowledge of TCM (comprehensive).
1. Basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine (comprehensive): basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine, prescription of traditional Chinese medicine, literature retrieval of traditional Chinese medicine.
2. Professional knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine (comprehensive): internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, surgery of traditional Chinese medicine, gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine, pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine, ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine, otolaryngology of traditional Chinese medicine, massage of traditional Chinese medicine, dermatology of traditional Chinese medicine, anorectum of traditional Chinese medicine, orthopedics of traditional Chinese medicine.
The objects and conditions of the resident training examination are as follows:
(1) Applicant.
Health technicians in medical and health institutions at all levels who need to apply for the professional and technical qualifications of attending physicians must take the standardized examination for residents.
(2) application conditions.
1. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) and have good medical ethics and professionalism.
2, has obtained the qualification of medical practitioners, after standardized training and basic skills assessment.
3. Education and working years:
(1) obtained the corresponding professional doctorate.
(2) Have a corresponding master's degree and enter the second year of medical practice.
(3) Obtain the corresponding professional bachelor degree and enter the fourth year of medical practice.
(4) Obtain the corresponding professional college degree and enter the sixth year as a medical practitioner.
(5) obtain the corresponding professional secondary school education and enter the seventh year of medical practice.
Personnel in items (3) to (5) must receive standardized training in hospitals at or above the county level, and enter the fourth year and above. The relevant academic qualifications in the registration conditions refer to the national academic qualifications recognized by the state.
The basic skills assessment of personnel at or above the county level shall be conducted by experts organized by each unit; Individual medical institutions, township hospitals, institutions, enterprises and institutions with medical institutions shall be assessed by the local health bureau, and those who fail the assessment shall not take the written test.
