Application conditions of sponsor representative:
1, with more than 3 years of relevant business experience in sponsorship.
2. Participate in the competency test of sponsor representatives recognized by China Securities Regulatory Commission, and the results are qualified and valid.
3. Honesty and trustworthiness, good conduct, no bad credit record, and no administrative punishment by China Securities Regulatory Commission.
4, has obtained the qualification of securities business.
A person who has passed the examination and meets other requirements stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission may apply to the China Securities Regulatory Commission for registration as a sponsor representative in accordance with relevant regulations.
After an individual has passed the competency test of the sponsor representative or obtained the qualification of the sponsor representative, he shall attend and complete the business training of the sponsor representative organized by China Securities Association every year. If the business training of the sponsor representative is not completed as required, the results of the competency test of the sponsor representative are no longer valid.
For sponsors who fail to complete the annual business training and annual inspection of sponsor representatives as required, the Association will cancel their sponsorship qualification and their performance in the competency test of sponsor representatives.
The examination questions of the sponsor representatives are all multiple-choice questions, all of which are 120 questions, and the examination time is 180 minutes. The full score of the exam is 100, and the score of 60 or more is considered as qualified.
Anyone who has reached the age of 18, has a high school education or above and has full capacity for civil conduct can sign up for the general qualification examination. General qualification examination subjects are divided into "basic laws and regulations of securities market" and "basic knowledge of financial market".
At the same time, those who have achieved effective and qualified results in the basic laws and regulations of the securities market, basic knowledge of the financial market and investment banking shall pass the qualification examination for sponsor representatives.
