Food factory inspection records shall be authentic and shall be kept for no less than two years. 4. Those who arrange people suffering from diseases listed in Article 34 of this Law to engage in the work of contacting directly edible food shall be fined between 2,000 yuan and 20,000 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be ordered to suspend production or business until the license is revoked. 5. The directly responsible person in charge of the unit whose food production, circulation or catering service license has been revoked shall not engage in food production and operation within five years from the date of making the punishment decision. If a staff member of a food inspection institution violates the provisions of this Law and is subject to criminal punishment or dismissal, he shall not engage in food inspection within ten years from the date when the punishment is executed or the decision on punishment is made. 6, food production and marketing personnel shall conduct annual health examination, and obtain a health certificate before taking part in the work. 7. In the production of food that does not meet the food safety standards, consumers can claim compensation of ten times the price from the producer in addition to compensation for losses. 8. The food safety supervision and administration department shall not exempt food from inspection.
