The Regulations on Continuing Education of Professional and Technical Personnel was discussed and passed at the 70th ministerial meeting in Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on August 3rd, 20th15th, and promulgated by Decree No.25 of the President of the People's Republic of China on August 3rd, 20th15th. The regulations are divided into five chapters, namely, general principles, contents and methods, organization and management, public services, legal responsibilities, and supplementary provisions, with article 3 1, and shall be implemented as of 20 15 and 10. 1 995165438+1October1Interim Provisions on Continuing Education of Professional and Technical Personnel in China (No.1995) issued by the Ministry of Personnel shall be abolished.
