According to the relevant provisions of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), in order to further improve the national professional standard system and provide scientific and standardized basis for vocational education and training, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security organized relevant experts to formulate the National Professional Standard for Nurses (hereinafter referred to as the standard).

Standard content

This standard aims to objectively reflect the current level of the industry and the requirements for employees. On the basis of fully considering the influence of economic development, scientific and technological progress and industrial structure changes on the profession, the scope of activities, work content, skill requirements and knowledge level of the profession are clearly defined.

Standard grade

According to relevant regulations, the standard divides this profession into three levels: nanny, nanny and senior nanny. Each grade includes four aspects: occupation profile, basic requirements, post requirements and specific gravity table.

Training institutions

This profession has been trained in Beijing since 2005, and Beijing Golden Boy Vocational Skills Training School undertakes the corresponding training work.
