Each workshop and team shall designate a special person (part-time) to be responsible for the lubrication of the workshop, and give feedback to the full-time lubrication technical management personnel of the factory on a regular basis. Adopt the principle of combining professional management with employee management, and often carry out technical training and lubrication knowledge education. Strictly implement the "five determinations" of equipment lubrication management, that is, fixed point, fixed quality, fixed time, quantitative and fixed person (unit). Someone is responsible for the rational, timely and quantitative use of oil. Always keep the oil circuit unobstructed, the oil quality pure, and the containers and tools clean and tidy.
Once the lubricating oil of the equipment is determined, no execution unit or individual may change it without authorization. If the equipment structure changes or the oil product is updated, the brand of the oil product must be changed, which requires the consent of the full-time technical supervisor, who will record the trial results and decide whether to use the new oil product after analysis.
The running oil samples were sampled at a fixed time and place, and the odor, chromaticity, viscosity change, water content, water separation performance, types and contents of pollutants and anti-foaming performance of the oil were tested and tested. Make inspection records, and limit the water content in the oil entering the lubricating point to less than 0. 1%. Analyze and compare inspection records, predict poor lubrication status, and formulate improvement or preventive measures. For the oil level, oil quality, oil temperature and oil pressure of the system, the control alarm and interlock should be safe and reliable.
