What is the operation process of scaffolder?
1. General

1. 1 Building climbing operation (scaffolder) must undergo professional safety technical training and pass the examination, and work at his post with a special operation certificate. The scaffolder's apprentice must apply for a study permit and operate under the guidance of technicians. Non-scaffolder shall not work alone without permission.

1.2 scaffolder must have a physical examination. Anyone who suffers from hypertension, heart disease, epilepsy, dizziness or poor eyesight and is not suitable for climbing work shall not engage in climbing erection work.

1.3 You must wear smart clothes (tight sleeves) when using personal safety protection articles correctly. When working high above the ground (more than 2m), you must fasten your seat belt and hang it firmly with the erected vertical and horizontal rods, and wear non-slip shoes. When working, we should concentrate, unite and cooperate, echo each other and give unified command. You are not allowed to "walk through the stall" and jump off the shelf. It is forbidden to joke after drinking and go to work.

1.4 after the team (team) accepts the task, it must organize all the staff, carefully understand the organization design of scaffolding special safety construction and the disclosure of safety technical measures, discuss the erection method, define the division of labor, and assign 1 skilled and experienced personnel to be responsible for the technical guidance and supervision of erection.

1.5 In case of strong wind with a wind level of 6 or above and severe weather such as high temperature, rainstorm, heavy snow and fog, open-air operation at high altitude should be stopped. After the wind, rain and snow, it should be checked. If it is found that it is inclined to sink, loose or broken, it should be repaired in time, and it can only be used after it is qualified.

1.6 scaffolding should be built in combination with the progress of the project, and unfinished scaffolding should be built. When leaving the operation post, there shall be no unfixed parts and unsafe hidden dangers, and the shelf shall be stable.

Note: It is forbidden to erect the upper and lower scaffold ramps on the side with external power cord.

1.8 All kinds of non-standard scaffolding, special scaffolding with over-span and overload or other new scaffolding shall be operated according to the opinions approved by the special safety construction organization design.

1.9 when scaffolding is erected above the top of the building under construction, the inner row of vertical rods should be 40-50mm lower than the mouth, and the outer row of vertical rods should be 1- 1.5m higher than the mouth. Two protective fences should be erected and a dense mesh safety net should be hung.

1. 10 scaffolding erection, demolition, maintenance and lifting must be the responsibility of scaffolder, and non-scaffolder shall not engage in scaffolding operations.

2. Materials

2. 1 steel pipe: the steel pipe shall be made of pipe with an outer diameter of 48-5 1mm and a wall thickness of 3-3.5 mm. The steel pipe shall be straight and smooth without cracks, scars, delamination, dislocation, hard bending, burrs, indentation and deep scratches. Steel pipe should have product quality certificate, steel pipe must be coated with antirust paint, and punching is strictly prohibited.

Scaffolding steel pipe size should be adopted according to Table 2. 1, and the maximum weight of each steel pipe should not be greater than 25kg.

2.2 Fasteners: Fasteners are made of malleable cast iron, and the material shall conform to the current national standard steel tube scaffold couplers (GB15831-1995). New fasteners must have a product certificate.

Old fasteners should be checked for quality before use. Cracks and deformation are strictly prohibited. Bolts with smooth threads must be replaced.

2.3 Scaffolding: Scaffolding can be made of steel and wood, and the weight of each scaffold shall not be greater than 30kg.

Stamping new steel scaffolding must have a product quality certificate. The length of the plate is 1.5-3.6m, the thickness is 2-3mm, the height of the rib is 5cm, and the width is 23-25cm. The diameter of corrosion spots on the surface is not more than 5 mm, and there are no more than three spots along the cross section. One end of the scaffold board should be pressed on the bayonet so as to buckle the end of the other piece when laying, and the board surface should be punched with anti-slip round holes.

Wooden scaffolding should be made of Chinese fir or pine, with a length of 2-6m, a thickness of not less than 5cm and a width of 23-25cm. Rot, cracking, twill and large section plates are not allowed. Two galvanized steel wire hoops with a diameter of 4mm shall be set at both ends.

2.4 Safety net: the width shall not be less than 3m, the length shall not be greater than 6m, and the mesh shall not be greater than 10cm. Materials such as vinylon, nylon and nylon must be used. Damaged or decayed safety nets and polypropylene nets are strictly prohibited. The dense mesh safety net can only be used as a vertical net.

3. Fastener type steel pipe scaffold

3. 1 Fastening steel pipe scaffold: divided into external scaffold and internal scaffold according to its erection position; According to the number of rows of vertical poles, it is divided into single row and double row scaffolding; According to the height, it can be divided into ordinary scaffolding and high-rise scaffolding, as well as structural scaffolding and decoration scaffolding. Specific installation procedures are as follows:

(1) Scaffolding should be composed of vertical pole (towering), longitudinal horizontal pole (main rail, downstream pole), transverse horizontal pole (small rail), cross brace (cross cover), vertical and horizontal sweeping pole and pulling pole, etc. Scaffolding must have sufficient strength, rigidity and stability to ensure that it will not deform under the allowable construction load.

(2) Before scaffold erection, remove obstacles, level the site, tamp the foundation soil and do a good job of drainage. According to the scaffolding special safety construction organization design (construction scheme) and safety technical measures disclosure requirements, after the foundation acceptance, pay-off positioning.

(3) The shim should be made of wood or channel steel with a length of not less than 2 spans and a thickness of not less than 5cm, and the base should be accurately placed in the positioning position.

3.2 Single-row and double-row scaffolding with structural bearing:

(1) Erect scaffolding with a height not exceeding 20m. See Table 3.2 for main structural parameters.

(2) The vertical poles shall be vertically aligned and horizontally founder, and the vertical deviation shall not be greater than the frame height 1/200. The extension of poling shall be connected by butt fasteners, and the joints of two adjacent poling shall be staggered by 500mm, and shall not be in the same frame. For the waste of vertical poles, vertical and horizontal sweeping poles should be set.

(3) The longitudinal horizontal height difference of the longitudinal horizontal bars in the same frame shall not exceed 1/300 of the total length, and the local height difference shall not exceed 50 mm ... The longitudinal horizontal bars shall be connected by butt fasteners, and the joints of two adjacent longitudinal horizontal bars shall be staggered by 500mm and not within the same span.

(4) The horizontal pole should be located at the intersection of the vertical pole and the vertical pole, perpendicular to the vertical pole. The end of the transverse horizontal bar should be beyond the outer vertical bar 100mm and 450mm beyond the inner vertical bar.

(5) When the height of the frame is more than 20m, continuous bracing shall be set from bottom to top at both ends of the frame every 7 vertical poles (a group), and intermittent bracing (diagonal bracing) can be set below 20m, that is, starting from the corners at both ends of the frame (every 7 vertical poles are a group), and continuous bracing shall be set from bottom to top. The extension of the supporting steel pipe shall be overlapped by two rotating fasteners, the joint length shall be not less than 500mm, and the included angle between the support and the ground shall be 45-60. Both ends of each section of bracing shall be fixed with rotating fasteners and vertical or horizontal rods.

(6) Scaffolds and buildings under construction must be connected to the structure with 8 # lead wires or φ6. 1 steel bars. The horizontal distance between the connection points is not more than 6m, and the vertical distance is not more than 4m. Scaffolds with a height of more than 20m shall not be bound with flexible materials, and reliable supports shall be set at the binding points.

(7) 15- 18m shall be taken as a section during the erection of high-rise construction scaffolding (height more than 20m). According to the actual situation, technical measures such as supporting, hanging and hanging are taken to unload the load to the building.

(8) Laying turnover scaffold: The scaffold is laid on the operation layer of the shelf. Scaffolding is made of wood and steel, and bamboo scaffolding is not allowed. Scaffolding must be fully paved, strictly paved and stably paved, and probe plates and springboard are not allowed. Scaffolding can be laid head-to-head or overlapping. Lapping must be a horizontal bar with a spacing of 200-250 mm, and suspenders and columns should be set where there are doors and windows. When the derrick spacing exceeds 1.5m, columns must be added.

When laying scaffolding by overlapping, the overlapping length of the ends of two plates should not be less than 200mm. If there is any unevenness, use wood blocks to cushion the height at the intersection of vertical and horizontal bars, and don't use broken bricks to cushion the height.

Scaffolding should be operated by two people, and the cooperation should be coordinated. Turn out one by one according to each file. When you reach the outermost piece, stand on the adjacent scaffold and turn the outermost piece up. Fasten your seat belt when turning and laying scaffolding. After the scaffolding is turned over, a layer of scaffolding or a layer of horizontal safety net must be left as a protective layer at the lower level. When the ground is not paved, the horizontal bar spacing shall not be greater than 3m.

4. Tool scaffolding

4. 1 socket scaffold (referred to as socket scaffold): it can be divided into three types: A, B and C. Type A socket scaffold is suitable for the construction of external wall panels with windows; B-type socket rack is suitable for construction without external wall panels; C-type socket frame (also called suspended scaffold) is suitable for windowless construction. Key points for safe operation of socket rack:

(1) The maximum allowable load of the socket rack shall not exceed 1 176N/m2. It is forbidden to pile up materials on scaffolding, and personnel shall not stay concentrated.

(2) When lifting or landing the jack frame, cranes and other hoisting machinery should be used, and the jack frame must be lifted by snap rings. No one is allowed to stand on the frame and lift it with the frame.

(3) The socket rack shall not exceed two bays of the building, the longest shall not exceed 8m, and the width shall not exceed1m.. Steel pipe assembly bearing chajia, stud spacing shall not be greater than 2m, large and small surfaces shall be provided with diagonal braces; Welding socket frame, if the setting frame is vertical pole, the distance between vertical poles shall not be greater than 2.5m, and the bedding face shall be set with scissors.
