Adult non-academic education in our college gives full play to the brand advantages of comprehensive research universities with complete disciplines and strong teachers, and employs a group of part-time professors and experts from well-known universities and enterprises with solid theory and rich practical experience to cultivate all kinds of high-level talents.

The Central Organization Department and the Ministry of Education issued a series of documents (Zutongzi (2009) No.47) to identify Sun Yat-sen University and other 13 universities as the first batch of national cadre education and training university bases. The College of Advanced Continuing Education of Sun Yat-sen University provides a platform for lifelong learning and development for senior managers of enterprises and institutions. Since 2000, the College has held more than 320 courses for enterprises, such as the advanced MBA course for on-the-job managers, the advanced MBA course for graduate students in marketing management, the advanced MBA course for Selected Graduates and the advanced MBA course for presidents. More than 65,438 entrepreneurs and general managers have been trained for the Pearl River Delta, and many government departments, enterprise groups and institutions at all levels have been trained.

After completing all the courses specified in Sun Yat-sen University's training plan, the participants will get Sun Yat-sen University's realistic graduation certificate (all kinds of training courses will get realistic graduation certificate), and their learning situation can be registered in the continuing education certificate (for all kinds of government agencies and institutions) provided by personnel departments at all levels.
