The establishment of schools and other educational institutions must meet the following basic conditions: (1) having an organizational structure and articles of association; (2) Having qualified teachers; (3) Having teaching places, facilities and equipment that meet the prescribed standards; (four) there are necessary funds for running schools and stable sources of funds. "
1Article 24 of the Vocational Education Law promulgated on May 5, 1996 stipulates: "To establish a vocational school, the following basic conditions must be met: (1) having an organized body and articles of association; (2) Having qualified teachers; (three) there are teaching places that meet the prescribed standards, and there are facilities and equipment that are suitable for vocational education; (four) there are necessary funds for running schools and stable sources of funds. The establishment of vocational training institutions must meet the following basic conditions: (1) having an organizational structure and management system; (2) Having teachers and managers suitable for the training tasks; (3) Having places, facilities and equipment suitable for the training; (4) Having corresponding funds. The establishment, alteration and termination of vocational schools and vocational training institutions shall be carried out in accordance with relevant state regulations.
