I think I have benefited a lot from this general training. I think I must have a big turning point through this study and apply what I have learned.

You can't indoctrinate children with hard literacy and addition and subtraction with that old condom. Let them spend their childhood in happiness. Grow up in happiness, learn in games, enlighten wisdom and develop intelligence in games. We should love every child wholeheartedly and treat all children equally, without discrimination or partiality. Only in this way can we really do a good job and have a strong desire to do a good job in education.

Set a good example for children, because children are easy to imitate, and teachers are the most convenient objects for children to imitate. Therefore, as teachers, our image should be dignified and decent, consistent with words and deeds, and civilized in words and deeds. Only in this way can we give our children a good influence and let them absorb our positive energy subtly.

Preschool teachers are a sacred profession, shouldering the historical responsibility of training the next generation for the motherland. It is not easy to be a teacher, and it is difficult to be a good kindergarten teacher. Through this training, I further understand the importance of the words "learn to be a teacher and be a model" for kindergarten teachers.

The object of our education is young children. For dry children, kindergarten is the first step for them to get in touch with society. For the healthy growth of children's minds, example is the brightest sunshine that nothing can replace.
