According to Baidu Encyclopedia, Changchun Yicheng Education is a self-study training institution in Changchun. It is a regular company recognized by the Ministry of Education and the Civil Affairs Bureau. It integrates self-taught training, second degree education training, adult college entrance examination training and open education training of China Central Radio and TV University. It is a large education and training institution in Northeast China.

Students who have obtained the credits required for graduation within the validity period of their school status and whose ideological and moral appraisal meets the requirements are allowed to graduate, and the graduation certificate will be issued by Jilin Open University.
