Lean management knowledge training
There's a storm outside and there's a power outage. Fortunately, the phone call came ten minutes before the training began. Tonight, the first phase of lean management training, we laugh at ourselves as a group of learning enthusiasts, rain or shine.

Tonight, the teacher mainly introduces and understands the concept and method of lean management. What is Lean? Generally speaking, it is eight words-less input, more output. Its core is to eliminate all waste. The types of waste include processing, waiting, processing, inventory, defective products, overproduction, unnecessary actions and management waste.

Look at the production in our workshop. Every day, one of the eight major wastes occurs in our workshop. Waiting for waste is particularly serious, because of insufficient production or scheduling reasons, there are several hours of materials to wait between the upper and lower processes every day. The occurrence of defective products caused by equipment problems also accounts for a large proportion.

I hope that through the teacher's explanation tonight, we can find out what kind of waste exists in all departments and links, and take targeted measures from what aspects to reduce or even eliminate waste.

Whether it is a theory, a method or a tool, the most important thing is that everyone should recognize and implement it from the heart, so as to achieve the unity of knowledge and action. I hope that through this change, enterprises can really reverse Gankun!
