Original intention of activity
The purpose of this activity is to deeply understand the epidemic situation and feel its impact on life. Communicate the important information of epidemic prevention through creativity and painting, so that children can understand that epidemic prevention is not only a personal responsibility, but also a social mission.
Activities to be prepared
In order to let children better understand the epidemic situation, we have prepared videos, news reports and other materials related to the epidemic situation. At the same time, we also prepared white paper, colored pens and creative materials for the children, so that they can freely play and create their own works.
The first step: talk about the virus impression.
Encourage children to express themselves boldly by talking about their impressions of the virus. We can ask our children: Do you know? What have we experienced during this time? What do you think of this? What is the virus in your eyes?
Step 2: Watch videos and news.
Let children feel the epidemic intuitively by watching videos and news. We can let children know how the virus is generated and spread, and what epidemic prevention measures people have taken recently.
Step 3: Make a poster.
Hand-made posters for children to pass on epidemic prevention information. We can discuss with children how to design posters to attract more attention. For children of different ages, provide opportunities for cooperative painting or independent creation. Choose a variety of painting methods, such as watercolor painting, line drawing, tie-dye painting or handmade stickers, so that children can play freely and create their own works.
