Build an innovation platform and improve the service ability in the field of basic education. China Education Policy Research Institute was established in cooperation with the Democratic Progressive Party Central Committee, giving full play to the role of democratic parties in participating in and discussing state affairs and the decision-making consultation function of academic organizations in colleges and universities, and building a new national think tank in the field of education. Building a "Future Education" high-tech innovation center to serve the future development of basic education in Beijing has been approved as the first batch of high-tech innovation centers in Beijing. Focusing on the major strategic needs of the country, such as the deep integration of education and information technology, aesthetic education in primary and secondary schools, accurate poverty alleviation through physical education and traditional culture education, the Smart Learning Research Institute, the China Education Poverty Alleviation Research Center, the Campus Football Development Research Center, the Campus Drama Research Center and the Sinology Education Research and Promotion Center were established.
Implement major projects to improve the quality of basic education. Take the lead in establishing China Collaborative Innovation Center for Basic Education Quality Monitoring, formulate the national compulsory education quality monitoring plan, and promote the establishment of the national compulsory education quality monitoring system. Commissioned by the Ministry of Education to carry out the quality monitoring and testing of national compulsory education. Establish a network-based open education college for rural and western regions, and form a mechanism to continuously deliver intellectual resources, teaching resources and teaching services to rural areas. The projects implemented and promoted will radiate nearly 1,000 rural primary and secondary schools, benefiting nearly 10,000 teachers and nearly 300,000 rural students. The implementation of "China Future Rural School Plan 2030" will take 100 years to set up 100 demonstration schools, build 1000 future rural schools and radiate 10000 rural schools to help the reform and development of rural schools.
Strengthen promotion and training to serve the innovative practice in the field of basic education. Strengthen the construction of cooperative education platform for basic education, and set up 62 affiliated schools and 12 resource service schools in 22 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) to expand the radiation range of quality education resources. China Good Teacher Development Center will be built, and four characteristic teacher training and research bases will be established, including international excellent teacher training base, regional education quality development base, primary and secondary school teacher training base and China teachers' morality training base, so as to improve the professional level of teacher education. The first China Public Welfare Expo on Educational Innovation Achievements will be held to show 36 1 Chinese and foreign educational innovation achievements to all sectors of society, and to promote educational innovation achievements to benefit schools, teachers and students, parents and other groups.
