4.3. Course arrangement management

Introduction: Arrange classes for the created classes. Course arrangement management in colleges and universities includes weekly mode and monthly mode. Teachers can view the curriculum after arranging the course, and students can also view their own curriculum in the course stack APP after purchasing the course.

4.3. 1 cycle mode

Introduction: weekly mode: arrange classes according to the weekly curriculum of each class.

Operation: a, filter the time periods to be scheduled in a week, find the corresponding schedule date of each class, and click the+sign (as shown in Figure 4.6).

B, click "+"to jump to the new course arrangement page, drag the time axis to select the start and end time of each class,-select teacher information-select classroom information-select whether to synchronize to next week-save (as shown in Figure 4.7).

Example: C0 1 class, the English TOEFL test course of our institution, 65438+1started on October 20th. Before arranging courses, the first step is to choose the time as "20161017 ~ 2016 65438". Click to enter the new course arrangement page and fill in the information. The first class of this class ends at 08: 00-09: 30. The teacher is Jiang Shang, and the class is in a small class. Information is filled in and saved. The course arrangement steps at other time points are the same. (Figure: 4.8 shows the curriculum of C0 1 in the sample organization after the first week.)

Tip: A can synchronize courses to next week while adding new courses (just check one week);

B The red area indicates that courses cannot be selected;

February mode

Introduction: monthly mode: arrange classes according to the curriculum arrangement of each class for one month.

Operation: From the date table of the current month-find the table of the current day-click to jump to the new course arrangement page-fill in the information-save. (As shown in Figure 4.9, to arrange the class of 65438+1October 22nd, just click on the table where the 22nd is located. )
