The training provisions for the staff of the old-age care institutions in this Municipality are as follows:
First, training objectives
The training targets are the administrative heads and caregivers of old-age care institutions approved by the civil affairs departments of cities, districts and counties (including family caregivers who provide life care for the elderly in community service).
Second, the training content and requirements
(a) the person in charge of the old-age care institution shall carry out post (post) training, and the training contents and requirements are:
1. Understand the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly, the Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly, and the Administrative Measures of Shanghai Municipality on Old-age Care Institutions and other relevant laws, regulations and rules.
2. Master the business, finance, personnel, administrative management and other related knowledge of the internal management of pension institutions.
3. Understand gerontology knowledge such as geriatric rehabilitation, gerontology and gerontology.

(3) Graded training for nursing staff in pension institutions.
Nurses in old-age care institutions (excluding family caregivers) can participate in grade training after they have been engaged in nursing work for a certain period of time, and those who pass the training and examination will be awarded corresponding grade qualification certificates. The contents and requirements of level training are:
