Dong Zefang, male, professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Education of Huazhong Normal University, 1945, born in September, Hongan, Hubei. After graduating from high school, he worked as a private teacher for many years. 1982 graduated from the Education Department of Beijing Normal University and was assigned to Huazhong Normal University to engage in education. 1986 graduated from Huazhong normal university with a major in educational principles. His main research interests are sociology of education, higher education, sociology of higher education, educational research methods, and the development and management of human resources in colleges and universities. He used to be the deputy director of the Education Department of Huazhong Normal University, the deputy editor-in-chief and editor-in-chief of Journal of Huazhong Normal University, the executive deputy director of the Central South Education Management Cadre Training Center of the Ministry of Education, the executive vice president and party branch secretary of Huazhong Normal University, and the party secretary and dean of Jingzhou Normal University.
