"Regulations on Fire Safety Management of Organs, Organizations, Enterprises and Institutions" requires units to carry out regular publicity and education on fire safety through various forms. Key units of fire safety shall conduct fire safety training for each employee at least once a year. Fire training for employees in public gathering places shall be conducted at least once every six months.

The unit shall organize new employees and employees entering new positions to conduct pre-job fire safety training.
