1, greenhouse construction

You can build a plastic shed with a length of 50m and a width of 6m, or a shed with a length of 100m and a width of 10m. If it is a greenhouse, ventilation window should be set on both sides, and the greenhouse and the exposed part of the greenhouse should be covered with a 40-60 insect net. Generally, the greenhouse is north-south, and the greenhouse is east-west.

2. Incubator

5cm× 12cm×24cm bricks can be used around the cultivation tank, and the bottom of the tank can be poured with cement concrete to prevent the substrate from directly contacting the soil and infecting pests and diseases. Greenhouse can be cultivated in long slots, with 6 long slots in each greenhouse and 28 short slots in each greenhouse, and there is a drainage hole at one end near the drainage ditch.

3. Integrated irrigation with water and fertilizer

The main pipeline (100mm) leading to the nutrition water tower is laid in the reserved position of the greenhouse or greenhouse, and then a branch pipe of 50mm is laid, and a pipeline interface and a valve switch for connecting the drip irrigation belt (p25mm) are reserved, wherein the drip irrigation belt in the greenhouse is distributed along the cultivation tank, and the irrigation belt in the greenhouse is located at one end of the cultivation tank near the interface.

4. Preparation of matrix

The crushed corn straw, sunflower straw, soybean straw and cotton straw are all important raw materials for preparing the matrix, and the physical properties of these raw materials can be changed by adding sand and slag properly. It should be noted that the mixing ratio is different for different raw materials.

5. Preparation before planting

Firstly, the greenhouse is disinfected at high temperature, and then the culture tank is filled with matrix. The completely decomposed substrate needs to be turned over before use, and then it can be put into the culture tank. Finally, the drip irrigation belt is laid. Drip irrigation belts are laid in the greenhouse in a certain order and directly connected with the pipeline of the nutrition water tower. Different organic vegetables are grown in different ways.

6. Cultivation management

Sow the selected vegetable seedlings or soaked seeds in the cultivation tank at equal distance, then open the main valve of the nutrition water tower to adjust the flow of nutrient solution, and effectively control the concentration of nutrient solution according to the growth of vegetables. In addition, when vegetables have high requirements for light, temperature and humidity, they should be adjusted according to the different growth conditions of vegetables, and the temperature, humidity and light should be adjusted manually.

7. Pests and diseases

Workers who want to enter the greenhouse need disinfection and wear professional work clothes. Organic vegetables should not be planted with any pesticides. In the process of pest control, we should adhere to the principle of putting prevention first, attach importance to daily management, and take certain measures to carry out comprehensive control.
