At present, there are 13 versions of textbooks for primary schools in China, and the Ministry of Education stipulates that the use of textbooks is determined by local learning. 5. Chancheng District, Foshan City: Guangzhou Edition.

6. Shanghai: Oxford English, some Oxford has a new century (Shanghai).

7. Nanjing: Jiangsu Education Edition Primary School English Oxford.

8. Hebei and Jinan: People Education Edition.

9. Wuhai City, Inner Mongolia: (Popular Science Press) New Curriculum Edition.

10, Taiyuan, Shanxi (there are three sets now): the new standard of FLTRP, People's Education Edition, Oxford English by Jiangsu Publishing House.

1, Chongqing: Hebei Education Edition to People Education Edition.

12 Baoding: Hebei Education Edition.

13, Primary School English in Pucheng, Nanping, Fujian: Renai Edition English compiled by Beijing Renai Education Research Institute in 2003 and approved by the National Primary and Secondary School Textbook Examination Committee.

14, Zhengzhou, Henan: a new starting point for senior one, and a PEP for senior three.

15, Linhai, Zhejiang: New Standard English for Senior One. Third grade Oxford, New Standard English, People's Education Edition.

16, Shenyang: Oxford English.

17, Changsha Datong primary school: FLTRP primary school English textbook.

18, Anshan primary school English textbook: Tiedong uses the new curriculum standard, Tiexi is happy English, and Lishan seems to be the new curriculum standard.

For more than 60 years, People's Education Society has been responsible for compiling national primary and secondary school textbooks. It was not until the end of 1980s that the Ministry of Education implemented "one syllabus and many books", and its monopoly on teaching materials was broken.
