Management techniques of broccoli planting
1, select the plot.

Planting broccoli should choose plots with good ecological environment, convenient irrigation and good drainage. The soil should meet the requirements of fertile soil and pH value of 5.5-6.6, loam or sandy loam is suitable, and the soil with too high pH value can be improved by lime.

2. Soil preparation and fertilization

Subdivide the soil in the plot, make it into a small height with a width of 65,438+0-65,438+0.2m as a seedbed, then water the soles of the feet, apply fully decomposed high-quality clothing fertilizer, turn it over again after fertilization, so that the soil and manure can be fully mixed, and sow in March-April in spring.

3, seed selection and sowing

Choose broccoli varieties with disease resistance, high quality, high yield, storage and transportation resistance and suitable for listing. Soak the seeds in warm water at 50℃ for 25 minutes to kill the potential germs. Then take out the seeds, dry them in the sun, spread them evenly on the seedbed, and bury them with fine manure and straw, with 20-25g seeds per mu.

4. Tian Tuan management

When broccoli seeds appear, gradually uncover the mulch. When the seedling age reaches 25-30 days, it can be planted in the field. When planting, bring as much soil as possible to reduce root damage and shorten the slow seedling stage of plants. After planting, use 1: 5 decomposed manure water to raise seedlings once a week.

Planting management of broccoli

1, planting soil

Choose the right soil to grow broccoli. Broccoli is suitable for growing in soil rich in trace elements and loose soil, so it is best to choose sandy loam or yellow loam with rich organic matter and good drainage when planting broccoli, and the soil needs to be renovated before planting.

2. Rational fertilization

Broccoli consumes a lot of nutrients during its growth, so it can provide balanced nutrition for plants during maintenance. It is best to use nitrogen fertilizer in the vigorous growth period of broccoli, and phosphorus and potassium fertilizer in the flowering and fruiting period of broccoli, so that the plant grows more vigorously.

Step 3 add water correctly

Broccoli is suitable for growing in a humid environment, so when maintaining broccoli, it can also be watered with nutritious water. It is best to provide broccoli with mineral-rich river or lake water. If tap water is used for watering, it needs to be left for a day and then provided to plants.

The best sowing date of broccoli

The best sowing date of broccoli is March in spring and July in summer. After sowing in spring, you can harvest in June in summer. If planted in summer, it can be harvested in mid-September. With the improvement of agricultural level, broccoli can be planted in winter now.
