On-the-job training time is generally 6 months. Soldiers who have graduated from colleges and universities through on-the-job training shall be awarded certificates of completion by training institutions. College graduate soldiers who have passed the on-the-job training are included in the distribution plan for the growth of cadres in the whole army, and in principle, they are sent back to units at the corps level to serve in grass-roots posts in troops below the division level; According to the needs, it can also be adjusted and assigned to other troops.

Students who have been admitted to good soldiers will be sent to designated colleges for centralized training for 2 years, with on-the-job study 1 year. Those who pass the training shall be put forward by the colleges and universities in accordance with the relevant provisions on job grading and awarding, and assigned to the original units, and the units where they work shall issue job orders in accordance with the relevant provisions. 1 year on-the-job study, complete the required courses, and pass the examination, the training institution will issue a junior college diploma.
