2. Applicants must attend training courses organized or recognized by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and pass the corresponding training assessment. Applicants must have certain theoretical knowledge and practical experience in clinical medicine and traditional Chinese medicine formula.
3. The applicant must have no record of unemployment cancellation or cancellation of punishment during his practice. The applicant must have high professional ethics and integrity, and show the spirit of honesty, trustworthiness, law-abiding and diligence.
Second, the registration process:
1. Applicants need to pass the corresponding training assessment and obtain the corresponding training certificate. Applicants can register online on the website of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
2. Applicants need to submit relevant materials to the local human resources and social security department for qualification examination. Applicants need to take a unified written test and interview to test their relevant abilities in pharmacy and clinical treatment. Those who pass the licensed pharmacist examination will be awarded the Certificate of Licensed Pharmacist in China by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and have obtained the corresponding qualification of licensed physician.
Three. Introduction of licensed pharmacists:
1, the state implements a licensed pharmacist qualification system in the field of Chinese medicine production and circulation. All enterprises and institutions engaged in the production and operation of traditional Chinese medicine must be equipped with qualified pharmacists in their key positions. Chinese medicine professionals have obtained professional qualifications through qualification examinations and independently carry out business according to law.
2. The person who has obtained the qualification certificate of licensed pharmacist shows that he has the level and ability of licensed pharmacist, and his certificate serves as the basis for applying for engaging in the production, management or independent execution of traditional Chinese medicine according to law. The Ministry of Personnel and the State Food and Drug Administration are jointly responsible for the qualification examination for licensed pharmacists.
