Operating rules for driving safety
Crane operators must undergo special safety technical training and examination, and hold an operation certificate before they can operate independently. Without training and assessment, it is not allowed to operate alone.

Before driving, carefully check whether the mechanical and electrical parts of the equipment and protective safety devices are in good condition and reliable. If the main accessories fail, lifting is prohibited.

Every time you lift, touch the button first, so that the goods can be lifted after tightening the wire rope, and check whether the rope is fastened. Generally, the lifting object is 50cm from the ground, and the lifting object is visually lifted to the required position.

Must obey the instructions of hook lifting personnel. During normal lifting, many people are not allowed to command, but anyone who gives an emergency stop signal should stop immediately.

When approaching the hoist limiter, the speed of large and small cars should be slow when approaching the dock or meeting with adjacent traffic. Don't use reversing instead of braking, use limit instead of parking, and use emergency switch instead of ordinary switch.

When work stops, lifting heavy objects and staying in the air are not allowed. In the process of operation, when someone or pendant falls on the ground, the alarm bell should give a warning. It is forbidden to hang things on people. Lifting objects shall not be too high from the ground.

When running, keep a certain distance between driving and driving, and it is forbidden to crash. When the crane on the same wall crosses the train, the crane should start the trolley to take the initiative to avoid, and when it meets the upper crane, the lower crane should take the initiative to avoid.

Maintenance vehicles should be parked in a safe place, cut off the power supply, and put up a "no approach" warning sign. Fences should be set up on the ground, and "no traffic" signs should be hung.

When lifting large-tonnage objects, first try to lift them off the ground a little, to ensure that the hanging is stable and the braking is good, then rise and run slowly. It is forbidden to operate three control handles at the same time.

No one is allowed to get on or off while the car is moving. Maintenance and adjustment of components during operation are also prohibited.

If power is suddenly cut off during operation, the switch handle must be placed in the "zero" position. The crane operator shall not leave until the hanger is lowered or the rigging is unhooked.

There should be enough lighting for night work.

Crane operators must conscientiously "do not lift": (1) Do not lift when the load exceeds the rated load; (2) the command signal is unknown, the weight is unknown, and the lights are dim; (3) The lifting rope and accessories are not firmly bound, and they do not meet the safety requirements. (4) If the crane is used to hoist heavy objects directly, it is not hoisted; (5) hanging askew; (6) Don't lift people standing on the workpiece or live animals floating on the workpiece; (7) Do not hoist explosives such as oxygen cylinders and acetylene generators; (8) The angular sharp mouth is not well padded or lifted; (9) Buried objects are not hoisted; (10) The management personnel disobeyed the rules and commanded not to hoist.

After the work is finished, the crane should stop at the specified position, lift the hook, drive the trolley to both ends of the track, lift the empty hook 2 meters off the ground, put the control handle in the "zero" position and cut off the power supply.
