I. Construction Technology of Epoxy Floor Paint

1, general processing:

(1) The base floor shall be based on the smooth surface of cement powder or grindstone;

(2) The plain land shall be maintained for more than 28 days, and the water content shall be below 8% before construction. If it is uneven or empty, it needs to be removed;

(3) leveling the ground with epoxy mortar;

(4) The oil pollution in the plain should be thoroughly cleaned up;

⑤ Before construction, keep the construction site dry and clean.

2. Primer:

(1) Keep it clean before construction. If there is any debris attached, it should be removed. The main agent and hardener should be mixed in the correct proportion and fully stirred.

② Adjust the proper viscosity according to the ground conditions, and the construction should be completed within 4 hours.

③ The curing and hardening time of the primer is about 8 hours or more.

3. In the coating

(1) Mix the main agent and the curing agent according to the correct ratio and fully stir;

⑤ According to the actual needs, the construction times should be smooth, without holes, batch knife marks and sanding marks.

5. Surface coating

(1) Before construction, it should be kept clean, and if there are any sundries, it should be removed;

(2) the main agent is stirred evenly before use;

(3) mixing the main agent and the curing agent in a correct proportion and fully stirring;

(4) evenly coating and mixing the materials with a roller or a trowel, and completing the construction in 30 minutes;

(5) Construction joints need to be handled well;

⑥ After the construction is completed, it is not allowed to enter until 24 hours, and it can be pressurized until 7 days (subject to 250C, and the opening hours will be appropriately extended at low temperature).

2. Materials-All used epoxy floor paint materials must undergo strict inspection and configuration, and all incoming materials must undergo inspection to prevent the use of unqualified products.

3. Tools-High-quality rollers, spray guns, paint brushes, textured paper and other tools and auxiliary equipment must be used to avoid quality problems caused by poor tools.

4. Personnel-All construction personnel must undergo on-the-job technical training. Scientific construction steps and technology of epoxy floor. All construction personnel should be familiar with the technical indicators and construction methods of the construction technology. Blind construction and brutal operation are absolutely not allowed, especially when painting, you must have more than three years of work experience.
