After the third phase of training on gas producer and related knowledge in Foshan, nearly 100 workers from ceramic enterprises participated in the training and assessment.

Nearly 100 operators from Foshan ceramic enterprises participated in the training. It is reported that this training activity is jointly organized by the safety supervision, labor and social security, fire protection and other departments of Chancheng District, Foshan City. In addition to the training of related knowledge of gas producer, the trainees also participated in the training of laws and regulations related to safety production, safety management of gas producer units and safety knowledge of gas producer gas production. According to relevant sources, the trainees will also carry out practical training on fire fighting skills and relevant knowledge assessment.

The person in charge of the relevant department said that the gas producer is the equipment with the greatest potential safety hazard in ceramic production, and it is quite necessary to train its personnel in the first line. This is the third producer safety training held in Foshan, and the fourth training will be held in Gaoming, Foshan in May.

The reporter interviewed the staff from the gas department of Nengqiang Ceramics Factory on the training content and the actual effect brought by the training. He said that he didn't know that the gas producer would have such a big safety hazard. Such training not only enabled them to learn standardized operation, but also mastered the relevant knowledge of safety and self-help. He said that such training is of great significance to safe production and the personal safety of workers.

It is reported that this training has not charged any fees to the participants, and all on-the-job gas producer operators will be organized for unified assessment, and those who pass the training will be issued with certificates. Relevant personnel said that those who fail the examination will continue training until they are qualified, otherwise they are not allowed to participate in the operation of gas producer equipment.
