From March 30th to July 30th this year, according to the company's arrangement, I had the honor to attend the relay protection training class organized by State Grid Technology Institute. I feel very honored to be one of the first batch of trained employees, and I am also grateful to the leaders of Jiangxi Electric Power Company and Jiujiang Power Supply Company for giving me such an opportunity to continuously improve and enhance my ability.

This training was conducted at the State Grid Technology Research Institute. This is a training base for high-quality applied technical talents and skilled personnel and a demonstration center for the application of new technologies and skills in power grid, which was set up by State Grid Corporation to vigorously change the development mode of the company and the power grid and accelerate the construction of a "one strong and three excellent" modern company.

During the training, I have studied basic courses such as corporate culture, team building and communication coordination, employee career planning, and professional knowledge courses such as safety regulations, power system relay protection, secondary circuit, power system fault analysis, and two-vote management. In the relay protection training room, the main transformer protection screen and two-ticket management training were carried out. During the four-month training life, I felt a lot and gained a lot. Professional knowledge theory

(A) "Power System Fault Analysis" research. This is the most basic part of relay protection specialty. To master fault analysis, we must first have a deep understanding of the normal operation of power system, so we can say that relay protection is a comprehensive course. Through the re-study of fault analysis, I have a comprehensive understanding of the common faults in the power system. By summarizing the characteristics of various faults, I found the regularity of faults and the pertinence of relay protection in these faults.

(2) Study the principle of power system relay protection. The principle of relay protection is also the foundation of relay protection specialty. This course describes the composition principle of protection, the application scope, advantages and disadvantages of various protection principles, and the coordinated use of various protections in the system through the summary and classification of various fault characteristics. Because most of our comrades come from regional power supply companies, we mainly studied the protection principle of voltage levels of 220kV and below.

(3) Learning of current transformers and voltage transformers (hereinafter referred to as CT and PT). CT and PT are indispensable parts of relay protection specialty, because the protection of relay protection for primary system is based on the monitoring of primary system, and CT and PT change a large current and high voltage into a small current and low voltage that can be used by relay protection. Through learning, I have mastered several CT secondary windings used for protection, measurement and measurement respectively, and the acquisition methods of zero sequence current; Whether the polarity connection of CT and PT is correct is directly related to whether the protection can work reliably.

(4) The secondary cycle is a strange knowledge point for me. In the past, the school attached importance to the principle teaching, and the secondary circuit part was not mentioned. This month, before I started to talk about the secondary circuit, I made it up. If you have any questions, I'll ask teachers and classmates with work experience. Later, through class study, I mastered the secondary circuit to some extent. The secondary circuit is divided into control circuit, measuring circuit, signal circuit, regulating circuit, relay protection and automatic device circuit and operating power supply system. Now I have mastered the power supply system, measuring circuit and signal circuit, and I am working on other circuits.

(5) Learn the use of Beijing Bodan relay protection tester. During my study, I not only reviewed various relay protection principles, but also mastered the use of the tester and the testing methods of various protections.

The relay protection training room covers all relay protection of substation. Its greatest advantage is that it allows us to study at will. Let us know what kind of work we will do in the future and have a preliminary understanding of our future work. For example, when doing the bus differential protection experiment, we can throw in all the tripping outlet pressure plates and fault pressure plates, then add a fault to a bus, and at the same time make the bus coupler switch fail, and then observe the tripping phenomenon. This experiment is carried out on several protective screens, which is not allowed in the actual substation. But in the training room, we can do it with confidence, so that by observing the phenomenon and then analyzing and summarizing it, we can learn a lot and form a wide range of knowledge instead of a single independent knowledge point.

Through these two months of training and study, I have a new understanding of relay protection. It is not only the understanding of professional knowledge, but also the professionalism and quality that the personnel engaged in relay protection should have. The requirements of relay protection are fast, accurate and precise, and no mistakes can be made. This requires us to take it seriously, be cautious and be careful in our future work. During the training, we studied the history and development of State Grid Corporation, corporate culture, professional ethics of State Grid employees, electric power laws and regulations, and safety production regulations. Through the study, I learned what is the corporate culture and development strategy of State Grid Corporation of China, covering core values (corporate purpose, corporate spirit, corporate philosophy, direction of struggle), strategic objectives (one strong and three excellent), working ideas (three grasping and one creating), strategic implementation measures (two changes), development requirements (internal appearance) and so on. I think the corporate culture of State Grid can guide, restrain, unite and motivate electric power employees. Developing into a modern company is the basis of unified thinking and the guide of unified action under the State Grid, the unified goal and task of the company headquarters, regional power grid companies, provincial companies, city and county companies, and the unshirkable responsibility and mission of every electric power person.

Team building is very important for enterprises. Participated in outward bound training, learned team building and communication and coordination, and understood that in practical work, no one can complete any work independently. Discipline, discipline

In this training, the State Grid Institute of Technology implemented semi-military management, formulated detailed disciplines, and regarded each student's performance in discipline as part of the quantitative assessment results. At the beginning of May, influenza A (H 1N 1) spread all over the world. In response to the call, the school implemented the policy of suspending classes and forbidding to leave Jinan. I am strict with myself, obey the management of the class teacher and the class committee, abide by all kinds of regulations of the school, and never go out. Strictly abide by the rules and regulations of State Grid Technology Institute, and do not be late, leave early or miss classes every morning, class and evening self-study. During the training period, closed, whole-process and semi-militarized management is adopted, which requires our students to be strict with themselves in study and life discipline, adapt to the change from employees to students, and change from a sloppy life to a tense study life. Life aspects

State Grid Institute of Technology has also done a lot of work in enriching students' spare time life. As a major cultural province and the hometown of Confucius and Mencius, Shandong has accumulated a profound cultural heritage for more than 5,000 years. In order to let the students know about Qilu culture, the State Grid Technical College organized the students of our relay protection class to visit the former residences of Qufu and Li Qingzhao. Through the tour guide's explanation, I was deeply attracted by the Confucian cultural thoughts that have influenced China for thousands of years. After graduating in July 2008, I joined Jiangxi Jiujiang Power Supply Company and attended a two-month training in Nanchang. After passing the exam, I chose the Electric Power Training Institute. Third, pay attention to the mastery of basic theoretical knowledge and basic skills

From April 27th to May 15, we conducted training on basic skills of electrician, basic skills of safety, climbing operation, structure and principle of various primary equipment, test methods and matters needing attention in different tests. On the first day, we had rock climbing training. As a member of State Grid Corporation, pole climbing is a basic skill. From this day's training, under the patient guidance of the teacher, we all mastered the most basic skill of climbing pole. The next two days were the training of electrician's basic skills and safety skills. We learned some basic skills, such as how to carry out electric shock first aid, fire fighting and wiring. As an employee of a power company's production line, he may encounter electric shock at any time. Learning electric shock first aid is not only responsible for yourself, but also for others. Fire fighting is not only necessary at work, but also in life.

At the beginning of May, we trained the structure, principle and parameter description of power supply equipment once. I studied electrical high voltage test, that is, doing various tests on primary power supply equipment to detect the quality of the equipment. Only by mastering the structure and principle of primary power supply equipment can I thoroughly understand the principle and wiring of the test. Then some basic experimental methods, influencing factors and result analysis were trained, which laid a theoretical foundation for the later practical operation.

Fourth, lay a solid theoretical foundation and improve professional quality in practice.

From mid-May to mid-June, we conducted a one-month simulation training. Our simulation training is all conducted on the computer. There is a software on the computer, which introduces the structure of various devices in detail and explains them separately. The other day, the teacher asked us to have a good look at the structures of various devices. Because it is explained in the form of multimedia and pictures, many devices can't see the internal structure before. After these days of study, we have a better understanding of what the equipment is like, and many questions that existed before have been solved. Then we carefully looked at the electrical test principles of various power equipment, that is, reviewed the principles of basic test methods learned in the classroom before, and then carefully studied the wiring of various equipment electrical tests, and simulated them in a simulation software.

After this month's simulation training, we have a thorough understanding of the principles and wiring of various experiments. Of course, theory alone is not enough, and practice can produce true knowledge. Then we went to the electrical test training hall to do all kinds of experiments on real equipment, and combined the theory and practice we had learned before to complement each other. Under the tireless teaching of the teacher, we consulted some problems we encountered, and under the guidance of the teacher, all the problems were solved. In the last two months of training, I have systematically mastered the internal structure, principle, test principle and method of various power equipment and other knowledge about high voltage test, which makes me more confident in my future work.

In the whole training, we not only have a systematic understanding and experience of the various rules and regulations of the State Grid and corporate culture, but more importantly, I think we have gained mutual friendship and team spirit during the four-month training, which will benefit us a lot in our future work.
