Occupational health training adopts "offline training" and "online training" in two ways. "Offline training" can be organized by a training institution with an independent legal person or by the employer itself; "Online training" can be carried out through the network platform with online training, remote video assessment and other needs.
Health departments at all levels should urge employers to carry out occupational health training, take various forms to carry out training, effectively solve the problems of insufficient attention to training, narrow training channels, poor pertinence and effectiveness of training, and ensure that the training rate of "three types of personnel" reaches more than 95%.
