Their hearts are full of contradictions and puzzles, so it is very necessary and important to carry out mental health education for secondary vocational school students. There are many reasons for students' mental health problems in secondary vocational schools, but the main ones are social influence, family environment and teachers' educational methods. It reflects many contradictions in society, family and school education. Only by understanding the causes of students' problems can we consciously avoid them in education and teaching. According to the causes of mental health problems of secondary vocational school students, I think we should improve and strengthen the mental health education of secondary vocational school students from the following aspects: 1. Create an environment conducive to the mental health development of secondary vocational school students-create a beautiful and civilized school environment. School is students' second home, and students unconsciously accept the education and influence of the school. Therefore, an elegant, clean, civilized and comfortable school environment can give students a good psychological edification of "calming down". The unique cultural atmosphere formed by the design and construction of the humanistic environment of the school class makes students feel the powerful and unique charm of the big family, and produces the feeling and pride of "I am proud of the school class" from the heart. Second, strengthen teachers' learning and improve their psychological quality. To carry out mental health education for students, we must first improve the psychological quality of teachers. The increasingly busy modern life has brought many psychological changes to people. Faced with fierce employment competition and tangible and intangible pressure from all aspects of society, some teachers have psychological conflicts and a sense of oppression. The unhealthy psychological state of teachers will inevitably lead to inappropriate educational behavior and have a bad influence on students. Secondly, teachers should pay attention to their own mental health. Teachers' professional characteristics require teachers to have strong self-regulation ability. Teachers should use scientific knowledge to adjust their mentality, so that they are always in a positive, optimistic, peaceful, stable and healthy psychological state, and devote themselves to education and teaching with vigorous energy, rich emotions and healthy emotions. Finally, teachers should be given extensive psychological knowledge training. Schools should take mental health education as an important part of teachers' continuing education, so that every teacher can master the basic knowledge of mental health, thus correctly guiding students and avoiding mistakes in the process of education and teaching. It is very important to cultivate a team of teachers who are mentally healthy, know psychological professional knowledge, master psychological counseling skills and psychological training methods. At the same time, reform the school as a whole, correct educational ideas, reform education and teaching methods, harmonize the relationship between teachers and students, and create a happy learning and living environment for students. In fact, the teaching of each subject itself contains the content of psychological education. As long as the guidance of psychological education is added in preparing lessons, the teaching content can be deepened, such as aesthetic education for students in the teaching of program design, graphic design and animation design, and emotional education for students in Chinese teaching. Physical education class can arrange frustration education to increase students' ability to resist setbacks and exercise their willpower. The self-rationality and self-control of secondary vocational school students are not mature enough, and many psychological obstacles are related to bad behavior habits.
