What is Guan Peisheng?
Students majoring in business management are the talent reserve plan for the company to independently train middle and senior managers. They usually practice in different departments of the company, understand the operation process of the whole company, and then make arrangements according to their personal expertise. Finally, they are usually competent for the heads of departments and branches. The training target is generally college students who have graduated within three years, mainly fresh graduates.

Guan Peisheng is the abbreviation of management trainee. Management trainee is a foreign term, which is a special project with the main goal of "cultivating future leaders of the company" in foreign companies.
