I am the grid administrator of xx community. With the accumulation of work experience, I gradually found that my body and mind have been deeply tied to public welfare posts. Busy every day, but very meaningful, although the position is small, but on behalf of the government to do practical things for many grassroots people, make contributions, so some pride arises spontaneously. In my work, I have benefited a lot. My work is summarized as follows:

First, political and ideological aspects.

I constantly improve my political and ideological quality, strengthen the theoretical study of quality education, constantly update my ideas and establish a people-oriented thought. In our work, we adhere to the principle of "obeying leaders, uniting with comrades, studying hard and working hard", always adhere to high standards and strict requirements, and conscientiously complete all tasks assigned by leaders.

I treat all work tasks with a correct and serious attitude. When I first entered the unit, I was often at a loss when faced with questions raised by residents. After continuous study, I gradually accumulated work experience, and I can handle all kinds of problems in my daily work with ease, actively improve my professional quality, strive for the initiative in my work, and also use my spare time to study constantly and improve my quality.

Through my work, I have a comprehensive understanding of grid workers. Small things in the grid, in our view, are just small things, but for residents, they may be urgent and difficult. Dealing with every little thing, emergency and difficulty for residents is our starting point and destination as grid workers. As time goes by, my understanding is changing, my feelings are deepening and my working ability is strengthening. I see more and more clearly the importance of grid work and the difficulty of doing it well.

Through my work, community leaders and other colleagues have given me a lot of help and care, and I have learned a lot of knowledge. In the future work, I will enrich myself and improve myself through unremitting efforts, and improve my working ability through continuous learning and accumulation. Responsibilities of power grid workers

1, responsible for the daily management of grid administrators, establish and improve the work system of attendance, service commitment, regular work meeting and inspection, and seriously organize their implementation.

2. Under the guidance of the district and town grid service management center and relevant functional departments directly under the district, organize grid administrators to fully perform various functions such as information collection, classified visits, and dual-creation services.

3, responsible for the establishment of the village (residential, farm) "one police, four teams and eight members" team and grid volunteer team, under the unified guidance of grid service management workstation and grid administrator, to participate in the comprehensive service management of the village (residential, farm).

4, guide the village (residential, field) unit grid administrator to establish all kinds of work ledger, establish grid administrator work performance files.

5. Under the guidance of the district and town grid service management center, organize the representatives of party member, villagers (residents) and resident units in the grid to carry out the performance appraisal of grid administrators.

6. Complete other grid integrated service management.
